Bankside is always interested in recruiting good people at all levels.

Candidates for the top level (Principal) should have an established clientele and a track record of originating and winning new business.

Bankside is always interested to hear from people already working within the financial public relations sector or aligned disciplines, or graduates with a good degree wanting to pursue a career in financial or corporate communication.

For other prospective practitioners, prior experience in the industry or the financial services sector is an advantage, but not a prerequisite, in particular for recent graduates of reputable universities. The aim is to develop professional staff to Principal level.
