Steve joined Bankside in 2003 after 15 years as a director at Buchanan Communications. He has vast experience of working with quoted technology companies and has advised on all aspects of financial media and investor relations, including financial calendar work, 32 IPOs, 9 contested transactions, 12 cross-border M&A transactions, and a large number of domestic M&A transactions. He has a PhD in Electronic Engineering and has worked as both a financial journalist and a stockbroker.
