Chris joined Bankside in November 2007. A national newspaper business journalist for 17 years, most of his Fleet Street career was spent at the Financial Times, where, among a range of editorial posts, he was AIM Correspondent and IT and Telecoms Writer. In this latter role, he reported from the UK and abroad, in particular San Francisco, working with the FT bureau during the first dotcom revolution. His extensive writings about the IT and telecoms industries led to publication of his book, The Internet Entrepreneurs, which was serialised in the FT and translated into six languages. Christopher’s other media credits include writing for the Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, The Independent, the technology and telecoms press and consultancy work with technology PR firms.
